We roast our own coffee in the room you drink it.

Coffee for people who can taste when someone cared.

Bar

Espresso dialed in before the door opens.

Milk drinks, filter coffee, cold brew, and seasonal builds with the roast profile named clearly.

Roast

Small batches on site, never roasted for smoke.

The drum is part of the room. We chase sweetness, structure, and origin instead of hiding behind darkness.

Shelf

The same coffee leaves by the bag.

Whole bean or ground for your setup, packed as a daily coffee or a gift that does not feel generic.

Roast state22°C

Green

Raw, dense, grassy. We cup every lot before it earns a spot on the drum. Origin first, always.

First crack

Sugars caramelise, the bean cracks and doubles in size. This is where we chase the fruit, not the char.

Roast state210°C

Development

The narrow window that decides the cup. Seconds matter. We roast light enough to taste where it grew.

Rest & brew

Rested a few days to let the gas settle, then ground fresh and poured over. The same coffee we sell by the bag.

Turn the roast until the cup changes character.

This is the part most coffee sites hide behind adjectives. At Kaveh, a few degrees changes the whole conversation: fruit, body, sweetness.

cup notes

cocoa, toasted almond, brown sugar

We would rather you taste the fruit than the char.

Kaveh started because most coffee nearby was treated like fuel. We roast in small batches, name our origins, and keep the shop casual enough that nobody needs a vocabulary test to order.
